This is a Deltrol 12VDC / 16W Solenoid Coil #10196-61 with Single Post, Series 8 (hole diameter is 1/2″). It is also SPX Stone/Fenner part number EF-1082, and is used on a variety of hydraulic power unit applications for dump trailers, snow plows, and lifts.
